LA Hotel Bristol fate decided

The fate of the Los Angeles Bristol finally seems to be sorted. According to the boarded-up hotel, once destined for a boutique overhaul, has been bought by a group that intends to return the structure to affordable housing. Eric Shomof of Pacific said that the partners in his firm had done the deal as Bristol 423 LP. They plan to renovate the building and operate it as Section 8 housing.
